how to get desired colour on mountboard?
i’ve commecrcial art as a subject..n v need 2 make posters 4 r prac. xam..bt wenver i try 2 apply poster colour on the mountbaord..i dont get the desired shade..it becomes dull n shabby…eg..bright red becums peach…cn ne1 temme how to deal wid dis ? plz…its urgent as xams r knockin
I had some difficulty understanding your question, but I think I got the drift. What colour is your mounting board? If you want good, clear colour, you need TWO THINGS: 1) A white background, 2) Large amounts of each colour mixed up to the correct consistency (and more than you think you need) so you get an even spread over the surface. Jam jars or similar-size containers with your colours mixed and ready to use, and decent-size brushes.
