That is a painting by Georges de la Tour, and if you’d been willing to do just a tiny bit of online research (as in entering “Louvre” from the URL plus “Saint Joseph” into Google), you would have found the answer to your question: it was painted in 1642, so it is a French Baroque painting of the 17th century.
