try Jerry’s Artarama.
(I know, totally ridiculous name, but yes, they’re real)
Whereas places like Micheal’s and A.C.Moore focus more on craft supplies.
Jerry’s focuses primarily on what you’re looking for– fine art supplies.
They have a wide variety of brands and media,
great prices and a ton of sales.
And as a bonus, the employees are almost always artists themselves, and usually very knowledgeable about the art supplies they sell, in case you have questions.
