Art Public Speaking
Do you REALLY need to take public speaking?
I mean, sure… if you’re planning on running for president one day or becoming the head of a world wide corporation…
I WANNA BE A TATTOO ARTIST!!! Im taking every art and art history class available!! (despite the random Spanish class they put me in… not too sure what THAT was all about…)
Im not a shy person… so therefore, what is the point of me taking a class that teaches me how to speak publicly??
Give me YOUR opinion… WHAT IS THE POINT OF THE CLASS???
I would recommend taking it. I wanted to be an Architect. I went to school, got my degree … now I am a photographer.
Having taken some classes on public speaking, I can tell you it helps you with people skills and just speaking in general. I am not a shy person either, but looking back I am definitely glad that I was able to take such classes.
